(Nana ke Bol) Good Morning!

I took a paper plate and made a cock’s beak with it. I will wear the beak on my nose and recite a poem in school tomorrow. This poem is written by my grandfather. I hope you like it. We had great fun acting it out!

सूरज निकला, हुआ सवेरा

मुर्गा बोला कुकड़ूँ-कूं

जल्दी से सब उठ जाओ

क्यों सोते हो उकड़ूँ-सूं |

लेकर प्रभु का नाम

सबको करो प्रणाम

नहाधो कर तय्यारी करलो

उचित करो जलपान |

ठीक समय विद्यालय जाकर

खूब लगाओ ध्यान

गुरुजन का आदर करके

पाओ अच्छा ज्ञान |
